Punta Wagyu Ranch (Charlotte County, Florida) operates this website to offer live-animal shares of registered fullblood Japanese Wagyu for household use, not resale.
Information we collect
When you interact with our site, we may collect:
- Name, email, and phone when you reserve a share or join the waitlist
- Share size preference and optional messages
- Name, email, phone, and message when you use our contact form
- Email address for newsletter subscriptions
- Payment-related metadata processed by Stripe (we do not store card numbers)
How we use your information
- Process reservations and deposit payments for live-animal shares
- Coordinate harvest, processing, and pickup with buyers
- Send ranch updates and harvest announcements via newsletter
- Respond to inquiries about shares priced per lb hanging weight
Newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we use your email to send occasional updates about future harvests and ranch news. Our contact form also adds you to this list unless you uncheck the “Keep me posted” box before sending — that box is checked by default, and unchecking it takes one click. You may unsubscribe at any time through our contact form — choose the “Newsletter unsubscribe” topic and give the email address you wish to remove. We will process removal requests within 10 business days.
Third parties
We use Stripe for payment processing, Resend or Gmail for email delivery, and Google for admin authentication. These providers process data according to their own privacy policies.
